1. Volume of water: 150ml for the brewed coffee liquid instead of hot water (the ratio recommended is 1:15).
2. Temperature of water: preferred boiling water.
3. Prefer to use tall mug.
4. Prefer to use a delicate spout pot/kettle.
5. Wet the coffee grounds with just enough amount of hot water for the first pour and wait for 20-30 seconds for the coffee grounds to bloom.
6. Split the pour into 3-4 times & gradually finish the brewing process ideally in 2 minutes.
